Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for selected products and serviceable pin codes.
- Our team may confirm COD availability before dispatch.
- Courier and handling charges may need to be paid in advance for COD confirmation.
- This advance amount is non-refundable once the order is processed for dispatch.
- The remaining product amount is paid directly to the courier executive at delivery.
Exchange Policy
Each product is checked before dispatch. Exchanges are accepted only when the product received is damaged or defective.
Exchange Request Window
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery.

- Mention your order details so our team can review the request quickly.
Item Condition
- The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags and original packaging.
- Exchange approval is subject to verification by the Ladli team.
- Once approved and received, we will process the replacement or suitable exchange option.
Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after an order has been confirmed and processed.
Not Accepted
- Returns are not accepted for size preference, color variation due to screen settings, change of mind, or incorrect selection by the customer.
- A return pickup or replacement is considered only for approved damaged or defective product cases.
